Before you install

Am I locked in?

No. Your accounts come in from cPanel and can go back out to cPanel, in cPanel’s own format. Any account can be exported as an archive cPanel restores with its own tool, restorepkg — home, domains, mail, databases, DNS, cron and certificates — on every edition, Personal included. Underneath it is the standard stack: PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Postfix, Dovecot and Maildir. What an export for cPanel carries →

What happens to my sites if a licence lapses?

Nothing. Every licence failure degrades the panel to Personal, never a site to offline, and restoring a backup stays free. Your sites do not depend on our billing being reachable.

What if I outgrow Personal’s 20 websites?

Start a 21-day trial of Pro or Business from inside the panel, no card. Nothing is reinstalled or migrated — the same server gains the extra features. If you don’t keep it, it goes back to Personal and every site keeps serving.

Do you charge per account?

No. The price is per server, never per account. Pro holds up to 50 websites; Business has no cap on accounts or websites, at one flat price.
