1. Who we are

CorePanel is developed and published by Pyxsoft Computing Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Pyxsoft", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your download, installation and use of the CorePanel software and your purchase of CorePanel subscriptions. By using CorePanel or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

2. The product

CorePanel is a self-hosted web hosting control panel for RHEL-compatible Linux servers. You install and run it on your own server; we do not host your websites, email or data. CorePanel is offered in a free edition (Personal) and paid editions (Pro and Business) sold as per-server subscriptions.

3. Orders, payment & Merchant of Record

Paid subscriptions are sold through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle handles the checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), invoicing and billing support for all orders. Your payment relationship for CorePanel purchases is with Paddle; charges will appear from Paddle on your statement. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your invoice emails or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

4. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Pyxsoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CorePanel. A paid subscription licenses one server, identified by its public IP address; you may re-bind a license to a new server when migrating, subject to reasonable rate limits. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or lease the software itself, remove license enforcement, or misrepresent a server's identity to obtain features you have not paid for.

If a paid subscription lapses, CorePanel degrades to the Personal feature set. Your websites and data remain yours and remain served; only paid features are disabled.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use CorePanel to operate services that are unlawful in your jurisdiction, including hosting malware, phishing infrastructure, or sending unsolicited bulk email. You are solely responsible for the servers you operate with CorePanel and for the content you or your users host on them.

7. Warranty disclaimer

CorePanel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Server administration is inherently risky; always keep backups. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyxsoft's aggregate liability arising out of or related to CorePanel or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. Pyxsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date; continued use of CorePanel after a change constitutes acceptance. We may also update the software and its features; features of paid editions may evolve, but we will not remove core functionality from a paid edition mid-subscription.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
