Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If CorePanel Pro or Business isn't right for you, we'll refund your first purchase in full within 14 days of the order — no questions asked. This applies to the first billing period of a new subscription (monthly or yearly).

How to request a refund

Email info [at] corepanel [dot] net from the address used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.

Renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — via the link in your invoice emails or by contacting us — and keep access until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll work it out reasonably.

The free option

CorePanel Personal is free forever and includes the complete core hosting stack — you can evaluate CorePanel as long as you like before ever paying, and a lapsed paid subscription degrades to Personal without taking your sites down.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.
