Announcing CorePanel Personal — free, forever
CorePanel Personal is free forever and ships the complete core hosting stack for RHEL: CoreHttpd, PHP, MariaDB, mail, DNS, SSL and local backups.
Today we’re launching CorePanel Personal — a modern hosting control panel for RHEL-based servers, free forever, with no artificial limits on the core stack.
Most control panels either cost money from the first server, or give away a crippled “free” tier that nudges you to upgrade before you’ve done anything useful. We went the other way: Personal ships the complete core hosting stack, and the paid tiers add premium layers on top — not the basics.
What’s in Personal
- The full stack — CoreHttpd with HTTP/3, PHP 7.4 through 8.4 side by side with dedicated FPM pools, MariaDB 10.11 LTS, and PowerDNS.
- True user isolation —
0700directories (0600files) and a separate system user per account. One compromised site never touches its neighbors. - Free SSL — automatic certificates via Let’s Encrypt, renewed for you.
- Email & DNS — Postfix + Dovecot with SPF and DKIM signing, managed DNS zones.
- Fast by default — on-the-fly WebP conversion and real Early Hints (HTTP 103), on out of the box.
- Local scheduled backups with retention pruning.
Install it in one command:
curl -fsSL https://get.corepanel.net/install.sh | bashThen run corepanel system init to set your hostname, validate DNS, and bring the
panel online with SSL.
What’s next
Pro and Business are coming soon. Pro adds the Speed Optimizer (dynamic page cache + CSS/JS minification — WebP and Early Hints are already free in Personal), an active WAF, and external encrypted backups. Business adds multi-tenant management, a client portal, and WHMCS integration.
Personal will stay free. If it’s enough for what you run, it always will be.
